read the thread - this African is not going to do it for you mate

Ok mate, this English/Irishman (don't even know) has just read the thread and saw you complementing Kone on his 'sweet strike' which was sweetly struck onto the post from 6 yards out.

He says they cant all be tap ins, yet, over half of them are.

Amazed people can look at that and say he is rubbish. Like Ive said a million times, he hasnt set the world alight yet but I think as soon as he gets one off his back side or deflected in that weight will be off his shoulders and he can play a bit more freely.

It's a YouTube video, though. I know it always gets said but Bilyaletdinov looked world class.

Yes it is, I agree BUT he scored some good goals, whether you see it live or on MOTD or on a PC browser or a youtube clip or vimeo or an iphone or quicktime file or someone does a rough sketch of the goal or an animation or at a cinema screen (indoor our outdoor) listen to commentary on the radio or watch it in HD or in a pub projection screen the goals he scores are good.

It doesnt show how many he misses during a game tho, look at the teams he scored against as well, none of them are of any real quality, it could be argued that with the "new tv deal" the League is stronger this year than last.

Plus with the big man here hes not gonna play every week, which helps a lot in terms of match sharpness and being able to shake off a bad 20minutes, thats in his defense by the way.

All in all it was a waste of money, im not blaming Bobby, I personally feel he thought he would be able to offload Jelavic and doubt he knew 100% he would be getting the beast in, as it stood we had to ship out Victor, I would honestly rather have kept Victor and not bought Kone, but at the end of the day they are both not great strikers, we have just traded an aging mercenary tosh striker for a 1 club young tosh striker.
