Best:
Probably the 09 semi.

Worst:
Without a doubt, the 2012 semi final. That was the most awful day. When they started playing that sht song, and Skrtel came up in front of the area I was in and fist pumped. I felt genuine hate that day.

Best: Joe Royle's first game as manager

Worst: Quite a few from the Walker/Kendall III era. I think either when Coventry beat us 2-0 at home under walker or a bottom of the table Notts Forest beat us 1-0 at home. Just rammed home how really bad we were

If we're counting games we weren't at but saw on the idiot box, The Semi Final in 09 ranks up there as being one of the best moments I recall. When we beat Arsenal and Rooney scored the wonder goal would be another

I felt like crap when Liverpool beat us 3-0, with Stevie G getting a hat trick. Probably felt worse in the 2012 semi final though. They're both pretty lousy memories

Have to agree with this.

Stamford Bridge quite a few years back, was a 1-1 draw and me and my dad were fairly pissed and were in the Chelsea end, he'd told me not to cheer if we scored. We went 1-0 down and we sat there quietly, we then equalised and my dad went mental after having told me to play it cool, so I joined in and there were 2 of us leaping about like lunatics in amongst a load of Chelsea fans, the effects of the alcohol quickly wore off when the noise had died down and we realised where we were sat and how we had just celebrated. Only game I ever went to with my dad but pre and post match was amazing, as was the game and atmosphere.

I've only been to two (the commute is a bitch), so that's easy.
Best was Sept. 30, 2007 vs. Middlebrough. Brought my dad over for a trip -- my wife had died six months earlier -- and we sat four rows from the pitch behind the Park End goal. Yelled at Schwarzer, "what's Australian for sieve?" and Pienaar scored moments later.
Worst was Oct. 7, 1990, City Ground, a 3-1 loss to Forest. Escorted bus trip into and out of the city and was denied access to pubs because I was wearing some Everton gear. Idiot me.

Best: Cahill's last gasp equaliser v the sh*te at klanfield in the cup.

Worst: 86/89 cup finals.

The Smiths are pretty decent for mancs.

That was in the league Cahill's equaliser wasn't it? On the Monday night. 88th minute 'ish' from an Arteta free-kick. Went mental. Bloke next to us after we stopped celebrating was about 8 rows down from us somehow. It was on the same week as the cup game when Lescott scored.

Last season:

Best: 2-1 vs Spurs, it was just perfect.

Worst: Newcastle Home, was so angry.

All time:

Best: Beating the sh*te 3-0

Worst: Losing 6-1 to Arsenal.

At anfield in a packed Kop watching the derby.

I had a tremendous erection from rubbing up against this lovely bit of stuff in skin tight polyester kex - she let me do it throughout the game while her kopite boyfriend screamed at Keegan and co.

We drew, but personally I felt I'd fcked them at their place.

Worst, getting bummed by kopites at GP in revenge (nah not really).... no, the worst was at Elland rd losing the semi final against West Ham - desperate stuff.

Best

Rooney's debut goal

Worst:
Jagielka going down against City.

A mirror image of the Arteta one earlier in the season and a stadium full of people knowing we'd yet another of our best players for the cup final.. Sickening, everyone went silent for ages, barely a whisper.

On the flip side, it produced an amazing moment, because just after the silence came a roar for Jags, and everyone gave him a brilliant show of support as he left on the stretcher.. one Jagielka, there's only one Jagielka..
Can't explain it, but I've rarely felt prouder to be a blue.

My best was April 1970 when we beat WBA to clinch the championship. I was 14 years old....no responsibilities....life was good. We'd been sublime all season. That night, I was born along on a cloud of euphoria along with everyone else inside the ground. Can't recall who got the first goal but Harvey's effort for the second and clinching goal was right up there. Jink one way, jink the other...back again and....bang: right in the top corner at the Park End. When the team reemerged form the tunnel to be proclaimed champions, the flash bulbs lent the atmosphere a surreal, dream-like air. Joe Royle fist pumping in front of the GSE.

It surpasses Bayern, Rotterdam, Wembley 84, 95 (wasn't at 66) championships in 85 and 87 and all the semis we've played. That memory will never leave me.

Worst: The second Maine Road semi under lights in 77. I just knew we wouldn't be able to beat them again. Still attended like....couldn't stay away.

Best: Chelsea away fa cup reply right behind the goal with baines' free kick an the penos, went mental after fizzer banged his top corner to win it

Worst: Lost 1-0 to Wigan at home in 2004 I think, live in london so hard to take going all that way to see that
