Jeffers but, incredibly, he WAS capped.. I'm stumped with the Arsenal one, uncapped.. Trevor Ross definitely didn't play in the EC..
The two arsenal ones are among the best and the worst players we've had in the PL, imo.

so another (good) player we had in PL era who played for Arsenal at some point.. Keown was capped (hardly ever scored), so was Jeffers.
