I honestly can't remember an academy goalkeeper even making the bench at any point since I started going the match. I know Moyes signed Turner and Ruddy (who's actually turned out all right) at quite young ages, but those two aside it's just been one useless journeyman after another coming in.

Carlo Nash didn't even have a pair of gloves. He used to do his warm up with the outfield players and spend half-time playing hit the crossbar with van der Meyde.

I'm not too disappointed that Jan might get a game....Tim has been gash a number of times this season, and having had a mare on his last outing Mucha has something to prove....could be a win-win situation.

Kind of ironic that, with Howard close to breaking Big Nev's record he goes and takes a nasty knock courtesy of Oldham and might miss this one. Not overly keen on Mucha but hopefully it won't be another fill in disaster (like Turner x several, Wessels, Erik, Sanderveld, Brand etc.)
