If he's failed his medical then the club would be right to try and change/pull out of the deal. Didn't something similar happen with Lescott?

Moxey added: "Wolves will receive £2m up front, plus another £2m to be paid in instalments over the next two-and-a-half years, subject to Joleon continuing to play football. The remaining £1m is subject to player appearances."

So yes, but Lescott didnt fail his medical, but whos to say Fer did?

Only Everton could have all that on the official site with Moyes discussing how he's looking forward to Fer coming only for this nonsense to happen.

FC Twente chairman Joop Munsterman said the following on the transfer.

''We agreed a deal yesterday on the Leroy Fer transfer. Everton reported the agreed fee on the website and suddenly tried to renegiotate a deal today''

''During the day they came to us with additional installment demands and also new demands of the already agreed transfer fee''

''We don't play that game at Twente. They can come up with any demand they wish but we're not playing along with their demands''

He also said that he wasn't optimistic about any move for Filip Djuricic and Claudemir (who were ready to be purchased with the Fer transfer fee).

BOOM....Sleep well Bill
