FA CUP 5TH ROUND DRAW

would've been a tough draw if they hadn't just done liverpool if that makes sense. At least we won't underestimate them at all now

We're supposed to be playing Arsenal on the same weekend as the Cup games, so our match with them will have to be moved to midweek, and with them playing Champions League games i don't see where the Oldham game can be moved to. Guess it could be shown on the Saturday but you'd think they would want United or City or Arsenal shown in the 'prime' slots.

Not until the Quarters mate (9th March)

We'll need to avoid one of the 'top four' in the next round if we get through.

Will be an incredibly difficult route to the final for us.

I'd rather play a top four side at home in the Quarter Final than put it off until Wembley.

Chances of us getting a home tie in the sixth round (if we get there) are very good now.

Honestly, on a one match basis I would not fear anybody at home. Away is a different matter but we will have to beat 1/2 of the better teams at some point if we are to win it so why not in a home quarter.

Another thing I will say is did you think when Liverpool drew them, "oh that'll be a tough game for them." or "jammy gets, may as well give them a bye."?

Better to be going there than City.

Lets get this straight. At Boundary Park in January /February the main problem for away teams is the bitterly cold wind and the driving sleat that whips in off the Pennines. Its even worse at present because one whole side of the ground is completely flat and open to the elements. When I lived in Okdham in the 80s I used to watch 'Latics quite a bit and even being a spectator there requires a lot of stamina. For this match Moyes has got to make sure that Everton are UP FOR IT...no shirking, hiding, or wingeing...he needs to pick his team based on ability plus toughness of body and spirit. That gets sorted, and we win.

..........its one of those draws that looks like its filtering out the non-Premier clubs. Ratters could've picked us out first but settling for that.
