Wyness - Resigned

Hes retired early with tons of money hes gotten from his destination kirkby scheme

It's Keith Wyness... if the kirkby scheme was passed then surely he'd stick around to babbel on about what a 'great day it is for the club' and so on and so forth.

That could be a problem. Especially deals into the club

Was just looking at the OS, top 2 items in the 'most popular' section:

No AJ deal agreed (by KW), and
Blues accept AJ offer

Doesn't put him in a good light either does it!
So can anyone at the club just take over? Surley he is only dealing for EFC and someone else has the ability to do that?

Funny for EFC to update the site at 11:25pm aswell... any chance of another announcement tomorrow regarding DK?

Like him or loathe him this is very bad news for EFC. I'm staggered that BK hasn't released some sort of statement. Could it be that he has been caught with his fingers in the pot on the AJ transfer and has been asked to go, IMO he could have bluffed Kirkby away. The money men will not look favouarbly on this resignation no matter what the cause so those of you who celebrate smell the air something is very very wrong and it may mean financial suicide. If Wyness says that he left because we have over stretched our spending and he cannot do his job properly then we will be in deep [Poor language removed].............so don't get too happy

Yes I thought that, doesnt sound amicable? Wonder if he's spat his dummy over Kirkby- left time the CEO walked wasnt that the season we finished 4th

interesting. I think we definitely spent more than our revenue should allow us last year.

I think your reading way to much into it, Wyness said he would resign if Kirkby fell through.

The announcement is due any day soon, I think Everton alreay know the outcome and this is the after effect.

I've only ever heared of this quote, but never actually seen it. Do you have a link please?

I couldn't give a [Poor language removed] what EFC already know, the moneymen are the ones that count, They want Kirkby because of potential increased turn over. I think this is more to do with the delay in Moyes contract and how much he can spend, its been a power struggle and he lost.................that is not reading too much into it
