Could apply for a few drivers...Going to Ferrari was the dumbest thing he ever did.

Perfect sum up of Vettel that. Was very good for TR, but overated at RB, as well as being nearly as bad as ppl say Max is. Got shown up by Danny Ric when he joined, and failed at Ferrari (with a lot of help from them tbf). Became a better driver and person once he left them.
Nah, Vettel was a very talented all-around driver. There was some multi discipline event where he teamed up with Schumacher and they were fantastic.Perfect sum up of Vettel that.
The fact he was a nicer guy after Red Bull is mainly due to that team encouraging their drivers to be ruthless, dirty, unpleasant ,which for him and more so Max has reaped rewards .
I enjoy listening to him now unlike in his Red Bull days.
I guess you are talking about the ROC Nations cup which is an off season event more for fun than anything else.Nah, Vettel was a very talented all-around driver. There was some multi discipline event where he teamed up with Schumacher and they were fantastic.
He was maybe not quite as good all-around vs Alonso and Hamilton, but he was supreme for a long time and was in their league.
Yeah. But Hamilton had similar luck. Alonso is probably the best of the three, but only won a couple!I guess you are talking about the ROC Nations cup which is an off season event more for fun than anything else.
Vettel was talented but i reckon he will be looked at in time as a good driver who was worthy of being a world champ but was in the right place at the right time with Red Bull and was very fortunate to get 4.
Yeah - ancient Alonso and a young guy aren’t comparable. If you rate Alonso so highly, you should definitely rate Norris higher than you do. They were team mates for the 2018 Daytona 24h, Norris was every bit as quick as Alonso, arguably a little quicker. Alonso rates Norris very highly, fyi

Maybe, but that was years ago. In Formula One he’s simply a good driver who was in the right place at the right time. But he doesn’t look top tier to me.Alonso was in his mid-30s back then and Norris was an inexperienced teenager who hadn't even raced in F1 yet.
Id say Alonso is a pretty good judge of talent.
Norris is way better than Coulthard. Norris just beat a very good teammate and a super quick world champ in a rival team. Coulthard failed to do that in 1995,1998 whilst in the best car and 1999 when the champion elect crashed and missed races leaving the door wide open.Maybe, but that was years ago. Hes basically David Coulthard if he managed to luck his way into the best car and without a clearly superior teammate.
Hamilton almost won in his rookie season, won in his second. Won 6 out of 7 with talented teammates at Mercedes and some good competition. Vettel bottled it in one of those seasons too.Yeah. But Hamilton had similar luck. Alonso is probably the best of the three, but only won a couple!
You may be right, but the main point is that he was nowhere near as good as Schumacher.Hamilton almost won in his rookie season, won in his second. Won 6 out of 7 with talented teammates at Mercedes and some good competition. Vettel bottled it in one of those seasons too.
Hamilton should also be out front on 8 if it wasn’t for the stewards making up rules on the spot to give us a “grandstand finish”.
Hamilton was definitely better than Vettel and Alonso.
