We’ve more or less, with the exception of Arsenal at home have played half of the seasons home games.
What do you still miss about Goodison, and does anyone feel better for the move to Bramley Moore?

….the key thing for me about Goodison are the memories and they’re still exactly the same.

Going with Dad and uncles from the early 60’s, seeing the great players, the trophy’s then taking my own kids and loving the same process. Not missing the old place as everything about it is stored as it was before we left.

Love the new ground.
Exactly we need to make memories in this stadium. You can't compare with a stadium with all that history and memories. However the new generation may have a different view considering our recent history.

I guess what I loved about Goodison wasn’t the wooden seats, or the obstructing pillars, or the letterbox view at the back of the lower Bullens.. it was the fact that Everton played football there.

Now we play at BMD, I love that. When we win, I love it more.

….i love the fact that the new generation are part of the transition, they’ll have their own memories of the old place.

Goodison was just the most obvious manifestation of 19th century Everton. A living museum. Because we haven't been living in the modern world at Goodison since the Taylor Report.

I paid my respects on what I knew would be my final visit - but that Everton has long been dead. We were literally living in the past. Let those ghosts lie and let's start creating new, modern legends. Dixie Dean means nothing to almost anybody still alive. Sorry, I know that offends, but come on. We need successors to Dixie. We stopped producing them when we sold Wayne Rooney to Man United. That has to end or the club will. Embrace New Everton. The old one was long gone.
