Another gut wrenching interview with Arne Slot, which begins with Diogo Jota, are they ever going to let this poor guy rest in peace, Slot mentions it's even harder atm with it being Jota's birthday yesterday and Christmas coming up. Forgive me if I'm wrong weren't they trying to sell him towards the end of last season. They have spent a kings ransom and their signings haven't fitted in as yet, players like Salah, Robertson and Vvd haven't performed to their usual form and until lately Slot wouldn't drop them. He just mentioned West Ham getting a deflected goal, but forgot to mention Wirtz shot that was probably hitting the corner flag getting deflected last Sunderlands keeper, the same Sunderland who should really have won that game, crossbar, post, scrambled clearance off the line in the latter minutes. Of course none of this is questioned or brought up by the interviewer, it was just like a Party Political Broadcast for Liverpool by the honourable Arne Slot.

Isn't it embarrassing, I could not believe what i was listening to, shots on goal aren't chances now, laughable....
And trying to deflect his teams performance on Jota's passing is obscene it really is.

I think most people felt sympathy for loss of a young man and a father, however typical of RS, they take it too far and eradicate any sympathy people originally felt. Jotas death wasn't an issue when they were winning early games, usually in last minute. When it goes wrong, they pull out Jota card, as excuse for losing.
