She's a beauty & we're lucky to have her!![]()
They'll be on every seat after tonight's game...Mine will look like the yellow pages
This was always going to happen without a good season. Now the novelty has worn off, don't know whether it's because we're crap, it's a ball ache to get to n from n my seat is nowhere near what I had at goodison or what but I'm not really looking forward to going like I used to

As if they don't have their hands full with the ongoing transport etc issues, I expect the pump tower to be done up like a blue+white xmas tree come December.
Just for once, I'd like new signings to make an instant impact. Never ever happens does it ?This was always going to happen without a good season.
As you say, after the novelty wears off the stadium just a commercial trawler throwing nets out to get profits.
We needed a season where we're top ten and being competitive; where new players bought were successful and waiting to be added to.
The chances of weathering a season when that hasn't happened - beyond the first months of the new season - was nil.
The stadium itself cant be blamed. It's brilliant. It's stuff on the pitch + the commercial gangsters + the local transport failure.
Sad that. I mean people keep going on about routines but with nowhere to park, no buses and one train station it’s a bit of a nightmare. I went to the spurs game and after getting beat 3-0 and walking to town it’s safe to say I was in no mood to have a night out. It’s all very annoying as this should be our fortress and so far we have been stuffed by Spurs and Newcastle. Just bugs me.Now the novelty has worn off, don't know whether it's because we're crap, it's a ball ache to get to n from n my seat is nowhere near what I had at goodison or what but I'm not really looking forward to going like I used to
I agree, but would you trust the people who oversaw our summer window to spend again? I wouldn't.If one thing is certain this new board need to back us for Jan because we need a right back, a midfielder and a striker.
the stadium was stunning tonight. Just a shame about what was happening on the pitch.First game 'Under the lights' for me & my lad today, game was obviously crap & not the result we'd hoped for!!

Seen it said before as well about the disabled sections at the bottom of the lower south but that really is a terrible decision, watching the little montages on the big screen before the game n when we've scored at that end n the camera does a close up on the the players celebrating you just seen them celebrating in front of a slab of concrete and a fence
Yep, exactly, the main area of the support is now detachedUsed to love how wild the celebrations looked down the Street End when we scored an important goal. It's a shame we've lost that. Been said plenty of times but the whole South Stand is a let down compared to what we were promised.
