Good angle of the incident (before it’s pulled)

That shimmy pass to* Keane that he neither asked for nor expected was utterly crazy. fernandes couldn't believe his luck. Neither Keane or Gana cover themselves in glory immediately after, and thankfully Pickford and N'Diaye were able to slowly escort Gana off. Was looking for a second red card there.

So, what do we think, 2 solid halves of football vs Fulham, followed by two solid halves vs man utd?

Is the side now starting to click into performance expectation?
I hope so as with the Barcodes up next its another very tough match. Thankfully Claire Balding is out for them which seems to be blunting their attacking prowess somewhat. With Dan Burn suspended at the weekend hopefully so could be a bit rusty if called upon.

Wow. What a performance, what a team and what great support. From the get go, Moyes got everything right - tactics, before and after the sending off, subs., well done.

You Rooney in disguise

Thank you, that makes a nice change from being asked if I'm Nathan Patterson's brother on here.

If we're getting Harvey Barnes to play for us/Scotland at the World Cup then I reckon we should just hoover up all the best English players. Especially those born close to the border.

Honorary Scots...

I was giving Keane part of the blame last night as it did look from the TV pictures that he just had one of his quite common brain farts, where he switches off, then sees the pass and doesnt bother to react - he did similar against Sunderland. But from this angle that's just a poor pass to no-one. Keane even further away than it looked - he still doesn't seem to react to the danger after the pass but its on Gana really.

There must be a bit of history there between them but it might just be the catalyst for a solid run this season.

Keane has been a revelation so far this season, easily and by that I mean it isn't even a contest, he's been the most improved by margins measured in the width of galaxies. I've no idea if he signed on over the summer for more cash or there's a clause in his contract for bonuses, or if some witches spell has been removed or whatever.
I'm wondering if previous in game mistakes have come to a head, specific between these two (Keane, Gana) where a perceived lack of professionalism has led to stern words being exchanged. (Both have a history of wayward passing under pressure and serving up chances to the opposition out of very little, could it be that their weakness in possession is magnified by each others?).
