January Transfer Window 2026

I can’t help but feel Garner is becoming a bit overrated by other clubs fanbases. He’s a tidy enough player who does a good job filling in where needed but he’s nothing special, really.

Said it the other day, he’s a good utility player. Nothing special but he’ll always do a job wherever he’s asked to play.

We need a long term replacement for Gana.
I'd try for Mason Mount. Excellent middle of midfielder.
Hmm, interesting my son, but then we need to recruit a left of middle of midfield midfielder and a right of middle midfielder.
Only then will our micro midfield be able to compete at middle of the upper middle midtable places.

God bless.

Harry Kane had a few failed loan spells in the lower leagues means nothing at that age, I think parrot would be a good signing if we can get him at a reasonable price
Alway hard to tell, pretty sure he was on loan at Preston at the same time as Tom Cannon and Cannon was looking a better player scoring more goals.

There's a big difference between Eredivisie and the Premier League, would be a big gamble for the fee they'd want now.

This is it, if we can get him at a reasonable price. I'm sure after his recent international goals that price might just be creeping up a bit. I like the look of him, just don't know if the goals in the Dutch league will transfer over. If Beto moves on and we can get him in for a similar cost I'd take the risk.

About 6/7 other first team players who need replacing before James Garner.

Massively underrated.
Think is a good player but still want to see more from him, feel sometimes is abit to safe want to see him control games more. Do feel his postion in that holding role in the mid we do need another player.
