I think the expansion will be to do with safe standing regs. No way they’re gonna start a building project and have it ready for 2028. It’d need planning permission and all sorts, that isn’t happening with less than 3 years to go.

How are you going to expand the stadium capacity to 60,000 ?

Isn’t safe standing banned for major tournaments ?
