New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Didn't have a ticket but went down there anyway today with it being such a lovely day.

Very laid back atmosphere before KO and the stadium was shown off at it's best...

Why do we never see shots like this from the tv coverage? Too busy getting the name H*** D******** I suppose.

...took a bit of time parking up though.... :coffee:

...it was only spoiled by that toe curling remembrance day film. Jesus wept. Who organises that tripe?
Remembering people who sacrificed their lives isn’t tripe Dave.

Why is there a mass exodus in the west stand at half time

I know it’s the corporate tickets but do you get a corporate tug at half time or something

What’s the incentive for them all going inside at half time
Bonnie Blue is there trying to set a 15 minute world record.

I agree.

@davek this is pretty poor from you. A lot of fans turned up to put their flowers and pay respects to family members at their remembrance stones.

Some who lost their lives or were impacted from what's happened over the years. I know a few who did. Maybe time to take it easy for a bit.

I put a like on this post because I appreciated the pics. I'll leave it on.

Going after remembrance day and 'those that gave their todays so we could have a tomorrow' is a low bar even for you. If you don't have anything good to say, saying something so crass is not appropriate. You've no idea how many people you are directly offending. I'm game for a laugh and a joke but upsetting families of war dead is a significant faux pas.

I firmly believe you should address this and right quick.

2 minor complaints today. UU plant reeked on the way in, first time that's happened, knew it'd happen eventually but still pretty grim.

Transport being a nightmare post match is causing the stadium to empty so quickly. Loads going in the last 10 mins and full time whistle is brutal. We've just won a game, great performance and I felt like I was celebrating on my own. Weird feeling.

No judgment on people leaving early because of the issues btw, all blame on the transport.
Have to say didn’t notice that at all. Was there at 07:30 this morning and right next to it at the north plaza entrance from 13:45 - 14:15 waiting for family to arrive. 🤷‍♂️

Massive queues for the auto serve beer vending machines on the plaza today, yet immediately adjacent was a ‘manned’ vendor doing cans of corona lager and cider with literally no one waiting.
Can only assume the pints are priced similar to the cans (£5.50) so no one want to pay over the odds for a can 🤷‍♂️
