Any reason why we played today considering we also played Wednesday night as that doesn't seem fair.

I'm guessing cos we play those u17 tournaments abroad when we should be playing an u18 league game

Francis Boggan must be 14 as he’s played at England u15 camps, I believe McEveley , Brookes and Pemberton are all 15 , they’ve featured in Burmuda and Geneva tournaments between them so will likely be Scholars July 26 . Boggan in ‘ 27

I think Pemberton has a precontract signed for this coming summer already.

There was also one of the 14 year olds, likely Boggan I guess, where I saw he’d signed a 2 year deal with guaranteed Scholarship offer.
November has often been the month where they are offered Scholarships , nothing from the club just the odd leaking out of info from the players themselves. Players not getting an offer can then start getting trials with other clubs early 2026.

I'm guessing he's been injured but they might just be trying to do right by Poland. He barely played last year partially due to injury but mostly due to Van Schoor just nailing that position down.

A good point re Poland. He’s a big unit for a left back , but he’s pacy and every so often goes on a marauding 60 yard run upfield.

On the way from Sunderland to Cleethorpes for tonight’s game, last time I saw them play they put 6 past Hartlepool, I could be a lucky charm.
