The midfield three (Grealish and Ndiaye pick themselves in the wide areas) needs changing. Rohl or Iroegbunam should be replacing Gana or playing next to him. James Garner would probably go play RB, for me, too.

Toss up between Alcaraz and KDH in the more advanced role.
KDH has been poor there for several games now. I'd give either Alcaraz or Rohl a run out there for a couple of games to see how it goes. I'd suggest a change of formation but we all know Moyes won't change his system.

Absolutely does my head in with these Garner to RB shouts. Hes been our best midfielder so far this season and him and Gana our best midfield partnership.

Such a weird game that. Total domination for about 35 minutes. Should have buried the game.
And then like a light switch it swang to them attacking and we basically switched off from controlling the game to nothing.
The first 35 mins and the remaining 65 mins were all the fault of the manager. Oh, plus the 6 mins of added time, too.

KDH has been part of us becoming a better team, but no player is immune to playing poorly but typical Moyes won't change things when they are needed.

Fulham game is a must win
We always try and defend the goal rather than a player. Look at the Haaland goal as one of many examples. It is a natural instinct rather than a thought out manoeuvre. This is why good strikers will get joy from our defending
Yeah that ones comes to mind. And Leeds when he conceded the pen. It's like he's trying to be a second keeper

That's not just on Tarkowski. That is a Moyes trait. The amount of goals we have conceded from distance late on from camping on our 6 yard line should tell you that.
The amount of deflected goals in the box conceded where JP has a good chance of stopping is starting to grate. I'm including the Leeds pen in this too. I get a lot of this is down to dumb luck and you just have to put your body on the line at times

Thelwell for all his faults actually had an idea of building a squad. Him buying Chermiti twice is subject to criticism but it's possible he was just helping us out lmao
Given the financial circumstances he had to deal with plus interference from Moshiri and Kenwright he worked minor miracles. No surprise his best windows were late on. We’d be in a better position if he and Purdy
Would have been here in the summer.
