First 25 minutes fine. Then we were awful. Too many cloggers in the team. Defence has to be the worst bunch of yard dogs in the league, so there is no craft at all bringing it forward. Garner had a poor game for me too, missing again. KDH is not a 10, he's never claimed to be so why try and play him there. Barry should have stayed on, yes his missed a sitter, but what good is it bringing him off for Beto? Also, what's happened to McNeil? I know he's limited but he looks so far off it it's untrue

We didn't deserve to win, we were awful for three quarters of that game. The centre midfield needs a really good look at themselves, second best all through it. That game was there for the taking, we needed subs at half time, we didn't have a brave manager to do it. Moyes is to safe in my view, Beto hardly touched the ball would have been better keeping Barry on, Alcaraz and Rohl at half time should have been the changes, we were over run in midfield how Moyes never saw that was mind boggling. Tim played well when he came on the only one of the subs. Alcaraz fluffed his lines, tried to hard to make a difference but was NOT given enough time and rushed it. KDH needs replacing at 10, but Moyes won't do it.
Pissed off by that second half non performance.

Totally agree, Sunderland were shocking to start but managed to get back into the game and controlled it, we never seem to be able to lift ourselves out of low points in games, once the rot sets in that’s it for the rest of the game, we have no leaders in midfield who can get their foot on the ball and dictate play, we were truly atrocious tonight and should’ve lost.
Would be interesting to see the number of mistakes and unforced errors we made in the 2nd half. McNeil made about 6 himself within 15 minutes.

We seem to make 1 mistake and then completely combust every time we get the ball after that.

I said we wouldn't cope under their press, and once they actually bothered doing it after half an hour, we were screwed.

The amount of headers and challenges we also lose (or don't even try to compete for) is astounding.

You could almost feel the confidence drain out of them with the Barry miss.
Not blaming him, strikers miss chances, but two up and we are cruising.

I'm more fuming with daft lad Tarkowski sticking his foot out for the deflection.
SAF used to go mad at his defenders for doing that. I saw Rio Ferdinand talking about it.

I also thought we were lucky with the handball, I would have wanted a penalty, and the kick in the head, seen them given as well.

Yeah, the goal wasn't unlucky - its because nobody cleared their lines, then Tarkowski takes an age to adjust his feet. Him and Keane are scary to watch, turning circles of a cruise liner.
