Last Film You Watched

My original view of the Wolf of Wall Street I still stick to.
It is a disgusting film and wallows in pointless degradation.
OK the love of money made in the city is a fascinating subject for some but to take it to such limits is perverse.
It's a cartoon and I simply don't believe a word of it.

At the end of the day the film is about drugs and drink. No surprises there.

The Clash's "Rude boy" , a very below average film if you took out the scenes of the Clash in concert/rehearsing, the main actor has the charisma of a petrified tree, one other good thing in the film is showing what a massive bunch of scruffy tramps Londoners are

I'm trying to watch a few horror films this month as its Halloween season.

All I am going to say is that the last 20 minutes are insane

One of my favourite mad horror films.

Did you know anything about it before you watched it, as the intro is pretty bonkers, where it gets going too.

I saw it in the cinema and no one was expecting the complete change, from a seemingly bog standard bunch of teenagers in the woods, to complete madness !

I`m glad they left it at that and didn`t do another, as that would`ve just ruined the originality of the first.

no i knew absolutely nothing about it, thought it would be the usual horror trope of a group of people abandoned in a cabin and they killed off 1 by 1 by some serial killer maniac or something. I saw a youtuber rank it in his top 10 films and he hinted that the last 20 minutes were bonkers so thought i'd give it a go

It`s by the fella that did Buffy the Vampire Slayer, so I did suspect that there may have been something a bit bonkers along the way !

What's that recent one with Ruffalo about the church? And 'Philomena'.

Film can't just be virtuous and feel good happy ever afters. Butch and Sundance were robbers, they just had better banter and PR than belfort and co.

Going to see Chainsaw Man tonight, excited, but also sat here wondering why I was dumb and booked an 8pm showing on a Friday, I'm going to be fast asleep halfway through reading subtitles.
