I'm probably overthinking it but it bothers me in a way that a usual forum disagreement doesn't (who cares). Because it affects the wider impatience of the fanbase and how much time/support we give these young players who will take a bit to settle.

That's fair enough but I think the situation is made worse because we can all see the deficiencies in the first 11 but we've spent the majority of our money (Dibbling and Barry) on not really addressing that issue this season. So for me we've got the balance of our spending wrong as well as our priorities.
