F1 2025 (and other motorsports)

This seaosn has been the worst for dirty air that i can remember, at least within these regulations. It's been a poor season and a lot of it is down to this. We are nearing the end of the season and the two McLarens have barely raced each other side by side, it's just not possible a lot of the time with these cars.

Street circuits for sure. Verstappen complained yesterday during quali although lando was 2 secs up the road.

That was so dull. Fair play to George though, brilliant performance in qualifying and just got the job done today with no fuss.
Spot on it was dull.I reckon George is the best bet to take Max on and beat him if he gets the right car in the coming seasons. The 2 McLaren boys don`t convince me still.

Bit of a snooze fest this. Has there been an overtake?
Can't remember one apart from at the start.

There was plenty of action in midfield. Alonso made 5 overtakes. Sainz made 5 overtakes in his last 9 laps after pitting on lap 50. Hadjar massively goofed trying to play the DRS game at the detection zone.

And then there was Alonso chasing down Hamilton towards the end after Hamilton's brakes failed. Something that might have been worth a look for anyone interested in the race.

BUT of course we never actually see any of this as whoever directs F1 coverage prefers to point the camera at wives/girlfriends and then follow the McLarens round lap after uneventful lap.

I think the TV companies do a pretty good job with the coverage from their end but whoever is in charge of directing the race footage is terrible and often gives the impression of nothing happening all over the track.
