New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

£390k for 2 bed
They will only increase (very sharply) so a good investment, not a great place to live. You’re looking at £2k a month mortgage with around £50k down. You need to have some decent capital to move there I think.

Been considering one for a while, really tempted. Waiting on one of mine to fly the nest haha. Not sure that they will increase that sharply tbh, as there are so many new major apartment developments planned all over central Liverpool that will keep those prices in check I think. Many of which will be better placed/connected than these too.

Same...can you imagine a few from the forum living there... "Just leave the phone with the ST on in the foyer please"

39k deposit If you want to put 10% down. I ended up putting that down for the 4 apartments I purchased and my mortgage is £1,850.00 on each one. I rent each one out though for £1,860.00 so I'm making a nice clear £40 a month profit which goes towards my Fray Bentos tin collection that adorn my Great Hall in the castle I live in.

Any rooms available for spurs, asking for a friend 😂

I may consider one for weekends only during the football season 🤷‍♂️

….couple of favourable comments on Palace forum, always think it’s interesting what the opposition fans think;

The heating system in these is absolutely terrible. Constantly breaking down. Its all off a district heating network, but the Heat Interface Units (HIU's) are pretty jarg and they wont replace them. Also, the thermostats that drive them don't really work properly either.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll put the cheque book back
