Got to buy into the script my man.

This stuff is about as competitive as professional wrestling. If the Premier League can influence outcomes, they will.

Just got to look at the Fulham and Newcastle games for obvious handballs to see that.
The chosen teams get the decisions. West Ham are not a chosen team. Tonight was incompetence, not conspiracy.

My take on the second half was that we 'lost' the midfield. We needed someone who could do the role that Gareth Barry used to do for us: in front of the back four, controllinig and directing the other midfielders into position when the opposition had the ball. We looked OK going forward, but unbalanced when we lost possession...
We didn’t look good going forward though.,Get to the final third, tip tap pointless passing that gets us nowhere. No penetration, pedestrian passing and movement.

Full backs that can’t run, forwards that can’t score. A bottom mid table team it maketh.

Have to agree with others that the transfer window is looking more of a fail as our early form has worn off. Couple of injuries and suspensions and it looks even more disjointed.

Grealish and Ndiaye are having to overplay with no full back overlapping and no striker running off into difficult positions.

Really should have pressed on early second half. Movement was not existent and complacency set in. All of them starting playing like we were 3-0 up

yep lack of ability and legs at full back is killing us going forwarwould like to see garner and aznou in there at some point just don’t think its likely

Even when we were 1-0 up, they still defended in depth. They only really came out and had a real go at us in the second half of the second half.

Having not seen any reply’s, was it a handball? And was the KDH challenge a foul?
The KDH one was a clean challenge, the yellow was ridiculous. The ball hit the West Ham player's hand but it bounced off the keeper then on to him which, I think, means no penalty was the right decision but who knows what the handball rule is any more, most of the handballs that get given don't look like handballs to me, but what do I know. The rules around handball are a complete mess, imo.

Fair enough. KDH looked clean from where we were sat but you can never tell at full speed with no replays. Also looked like Paqueta pushed Myko in the back which is what set Myko off for his yellow but obviously Paqueta rolled around as if he was the victim.

If Summerville stays on they win that.

2nd half they pushed Summerville inside on Tarki because they knew he was on a yellow, and his pace would draw a foul.

Not sure if he was injured or not but Santo taking him off was potentially one of the worst subs I've seen an opposition manager make.

I think going forward Moyes is going to have to be more pro-active with his subs because teams as we've seen are going to come to BM and sit in.

Seems to me, our creative players, don't have faith in the forwards, not that surprising, but it means they are over trying to manufacture an "easier" opportunity, then overdoing it.

Transfer window, was a fail for the failure to get a half decent striker in.

Moyes, need to see what we see and make the changes, baffling subs, or lack of.

Very deflated by the stark reality.

I need something to lift me, as im sure we all do.

Pathetic really, team and me, but is it too much to ask?
