Beto and Barry (I'll give him the benefit of doubt)

Won't just get the job done.

Tarkowski has been truly awful again tonight, dithering with everything. Moyes not reactive enough either with his subs. The right side was killing us all night. For Sunday Dibling must start and N'Diaye or Grealish central. The forward position and right back is a major major problem. But we knew that a long time ago. JOB did the job admirable last year. But he's a centre back, if Seamus has anything left in his legs then he has to come in for him now for a spell.

Really, desperately poor that.

Moyes is costing us big time at the moment. He has been annoying me like he used to when he was last with us this last week.

Like for like subs. One around the 70th minute. Another in the 80s.

Not creating anything but Alcaraz doesn't even get on. Struggling desperately at RB and doesn't bring on either Coleman or Patterson. Not that they are great options, but O'Brien has been struggling for a while and stank the gaff out tonight.

Really, really annoyed. Moyes needs to learn to take the initiative in games, but even though he has changed some things from his first spell, I suspect this is something he will never change.

Anyone who thinks we’re anything more than a lower midtable side doesn’t have a realistic view of where we are.

In recent years, we’ve been generationally bad, narrowly avoiding relegation.

Luckily, the Premier League is woeful outside a handful of sides, and one or two patches of good form could secure a top 10 finish, even if we generally suck for the majority of the season.

The Prem isn’t woeful. I am concerned that there aren’t 3 awful sides this season, like we had the last couple of years.

What will it take to get rid of this utter utter rot at the club? This cancer that chews upon our sinew but never quite delivers the killer blow?

Not a new manager, not a new stadium... OK new strikers, a Right Back? We get them and nothing changes. We can't beat muck, we'll never win a derby again while the PGMOL run this racket and forget trophies.

What does it take? I'm out of ideas.

Our lack of pace out wide was laid bare tonight. That and lack of recovery pace in defence as well.

Severely need a couple in soon (whether that’s Jan or next summer) with some actual pace.

Their left back showed the difference a full back with that kind of pace can make (despite him being crap defending…).
