So, that's a first 30-minute no-show at Anfield and another 45 minutes of I don't know what tonight, so far.

7 points from 5 games, a derby defeat, and a cup exit - if that's what it turns out to be - is no great shakes. Might be more than one manager under pressure next Monday night if we can't rescue this.

These are absolutely woeful. We've controlled the game but have got nothing in the final 3rd. Tim, terrible. McNeil anonymous. Barry just looks like a skinny Beto. Alcaraz getting caught in possiesion all the time. Jimmy Garner must be tearing his hair out. He's the only one who looks good enough. The lads everywhere. Poor old Seamus is not a left back.

Barry and McNeill have had 2 chances to prove himself themselves in these cup games and have been absolute garbage in both.
