OK, but they could have told me that as soon as it went up. I'm not that bothered but it would have been nice to have been informed, but i suppose they do things differently on here.

I totally agree with you tenner lad, you're only a newbe and a short message from the mods would have sorted this. Don't listen to the b'stards trying to wind you up, stick to your guns and demand an answer. Oh and watch out for that tommy, I hear he's one of those ladyboys.......
 

Mods.... can I put up a thread about members putting up new threads about advertising new forums without first asking if such thread about such thread be acceptable...type of thread.

If you would like to plug/advertise a website or service, please ask permission prior doing so. Permission can be obtained from a moderator or admin, failure to do so will result in your post and possibly account being removed.
 
I shouldn't need to ask if i can make a thread, I'm a member and thats what forums are for. After i make my thread, If the powers that be then deem it to be inappropriate and wish to remove it, thats fine, just thought some sort of communication might have been in order.

You should count yourself lucky. Normally when someone advertises their website/forum without asking, we remove the post and ban said user.
