Are tickets for the first home game likely to be based on some sort of ‘credits’ system, or just a good old free for all in an online queue?
Why would you want parking if you’re having a skinful?£131 per game isn’t that bad if you consider your getting food, drink and parking for each game. Not that I’m interested, I don’t go the game for a three course meal and a skin full of ale but the price isn’t that bad broken down game by game.
were is this the actual winslow?
That price is ridiculous, without a match ticket as well. Who can afford that ?
Then it's unlimited drinks... and parking
I think it's just me then. I used to go the match, a couple of pints before hand, a few jars after, go home for some food and then out again. Three course meal and 'entertainment didn't really cross my mind. As long as I was wearing a jumper for goalposts I was happy.Seems reasonable to me. I mean you don't get much change out of £60 for a 3 course meal and for 'fine' dining you could say £80. Then it's unlimited drinks, entertainment and parking for £125 a match in a great location. Miles cheaper than the equivalent at the stadium.
Didn't realise Blue Peter was still a thing.
...Apparently so mateAren't Segura opening up a 3 or 4 floor bar next to the new ground?
Blue Peter
Well it’s not that it’s ‘just’ you, it’s that you’re not the target market. Some people want a few jars before and after you like you, some people want a meal and wine, some people don’t want anything. If there’s not a market for what these people are offering they’ll soon close down, if there is they’ll do well. That’s what business boils down to.I think it's just me then. I used to go the match, a couple of pints before hand, a few jars after, go home for some food and then out again. Three course meal and 'entertainment didn't really cross my mind. Seriously, a three course meal, not for me.
The thought of then having a 10 minute walk potentially in the pi$$ing wind and rain to a turnstile would be a turn off if I wanted to spend that much. I wonder what you would get in the Titanic Hotel for that money ?Seems reasonable to me. I mean you don't get much change out of £60 for a 3 course meal and for 'fine' dining you could say £80.
