Defo deliberate, there’s vids all over TikTok now, including a street level one that looks like the very beginning where he goes from stationary to ploughing through them.
Not sure if something went on before the clip I’m describing but looked like his car was getting kicked in for some reason.
What followed was inexcusable.

There's footage of him stopped in his car beeping his horn before he tries to force his way through slowly, then a bunch of knobs start attacking his car and well, we know the rest

Definitely driver's fault for losing his mind but, there's obviously a failure in police to allow him to drive onto that street full of all the fans
