I would assume its by increasing the standing areas from a 1:1 ratio to 1:1.5
Lower South = 5k * 1.5 = 7.5k
Lower North = 2.7k *1.5 = 4.05k
Lower Away = 1.5k approx? = 2.25k
So the Safe standing areas go from around 9.2k to 13.8k (increase of 4.6k)

So Capacity in that instance increases from 52,888 to 57,488 - very close to the stated 57,679
My assumption is that the missing 191 seats in my estimate is via the lower away section being slightly larger than I assumed.

There was absolute hell on when they came to our place a few years ago. Now admittedly we have a far-right/ Rangers supporting contingent in our fanbase which you lot thankfully don't - however they were absolutely up for trouble that day, and there was fighting all over the city.

In the stadium is was an unreal atmosphere, and they sold 10k or whatever it was that we gave them!

Every single time I've seen Scottish teams come down to England for pre-season they always sell massively numbers and really treat it as a day out!
