Seems like DCL and his partner both have a certain feeling towards Everton fans, DCL mentioned in an Interview a while back being booed by the fans, there's certainly been a few comments from his partner (abuse she's received is still horrible and wrong).

Honestly and it's just my personal opinion but there's not really a way back, personal grievances with managers should be sorted like adults not with stupid Instagram stories and digs at the fans aren't helpful. Was great initially for Dyche but this season despite being given chance after chance (to the point Beto cried after scoring) looked lazy and couldn't be bothered. It is a genuine shame to see this from someone who is now a derby day hero and who made my best Goodison game what it was.

Ultimately Beto has earnt the number 9 shirt, his goals kept us up and anyone who says otherwise is crazy.

Umbro training kits, stitched badges, DCL without a beard and Tom Davies... It's weirdly nostalgic and yet I'm not sure I'd have any desire to relive any of the Moshiri era So many what ifs, Holgate looked like a future captain, Davies could have been so much more...

he literally scored a fantastic goal in Moyes first real game in charge (Villa doesn’t really count as Moyes had a matter of hours with the players). So there were indications already that Moyes could get more out of him.
