Hope that’s their thinking albeit at least an acknowledgment would have been nice.

It's a special day for us but I'd imagine they are all about the future. And maybe just maybe they didn't want to take a seat away from a lifelong Everton supporter. Which takes me to why when many real supporters couldn't gets seats that non-entity Archie Knox and his missus were taking two up.
