Pre tax profit isn’t the same as income/turnoverTheir pre tax profit is around £45m.
So it's more like 20% of their income.
If we get £5m a season that pays Doucoures new contract for the season... that is it...Up to. They've probably looked at the top deals and the quote of one of the largest and had a guess, don't think anyone knows.
Still, free money isn't it. If it helps towards players and a team challenging at the top half of the table then who gives a bollocks.
Argument that because they only have revenue of £145m it’s somehow a bad deal.what’s you mean mate
i haven’t a clu![]()
Everton get dicked on matchdays at home, 4 wins at Goodison this season.... Moyes and Dyche tying 2 each!Their must be some kind of joke/pun involving the term 'dicked on'
I imagine some people simply don't believe the bolded bit
We aren`t getting £10m, that is just a rumour, more likely be closer to 3m-5m a season. What will 10 mil a year mean PSR wise?
Agreed. We aren’t yet a global brand, and not many large corporates in position in the UK to just spaff tens of millions of £ as a vanity project. I mean how many people are going to go, “ah, I was going to get legal advice from Bill Smith & Co, but after seeing Everton draw 2-2 after being 2 nil up, I’m going to give Hill Dickinson a call.”
Hopefully not tied in for too long.
OR we can accept these deals and spend nothing ever again.... this deal per year won`t even cover Pickfords wages for that year...Let's be real if we went for a company like that and started spending mega we'd just get hit with more points deductions, we're not City who can fight it off for years either
