I bet Mykolenko is made up he won't be facing Netto again this season, but Maduaike absolutely tore Patterson a new one.

Bit disappointed with the result, but we gave it a good go, particularly in the 2nd half, Sanchez had to make 2 big saves from Beto and McNeil, on another day we could have got something there.

Took till around 25mins from the end to wake up. but in the end unlucky not to grap a draw. Typical Chelsea keeper makes 2 great saves after all his errors lately

1 win in 9.... 5 draws and 3 defeats. 8 points from 9 games, if this was Dyche he would be getting pelters, and rightly so.

Unfortunately we are limping over the line, only game worth turning up for is Southampton but realistically all our lads have downed tools with nothing to play for.

Need see changes for the rest if the season now bright spark was alcaraz today who moyes needs put in the team. Had nithing from doucoure today who needs dropping. Lets give the front 4 a try ndiaye alcaraz mcneil and beto. So frustrating also team needs to learn to cross the ball my god how many crosses wasted

The rest of this season is irrelevant other than hopefully getting a win or two at Goodison. It’s all about the summer now.

Even if we win the next 2 at Goodison, 6 wins out of 19 is absolutely criminal... Dyche currently has 2, Moyes 2...

Poor, poor game, with the exception of the 2 centre halfs the outfield was awful, starting with Harrison/Dacoure leaves you struggling right away, Garner I'm still on the fence about, Gana was below his usual standards today, with these non important games I'd like to see Moyes just try a little bit of risk, stick Alcaraz/Ndaiye together, just show a little bit of adventure

….i took a bit of encouragement from that, particularly the CB pairing. Still in the game and pushing the last 20 mins.

Hopefully posters will now realise why Young consistently starts ahead of Patterson. Dave & I don’t have an agenda against him, he’s just what we saw today.

Quality in the top third will make a huge difference.

Don't think either of them are good enough if I'm honest, have tried to say give Patterson a chance, but for me he's leaden footed at times, which allows his winger to beat him on the outside too often for my liking.

Doucoure is a massive part of why we have the third best defence in the country. But unfortunately is part of the reason we have the fourth worst attack

He wins nothing though. You're basically playing him cos he's got an engine and gets back into position. Anyone can do it. Tim could do the exactly that job.
