You want to put how many more millions of journeys into the hands of an already over stretched constabulary topped up by halfords?
Lets not forget how such powers might end up being used for discrimination, like how 'stop and search' has been used to terrorise certain communities in the cities. How long before some 12 year old kid frightened of the pigs is chased out into the road under the wheels of a lorry? I'm not really sure you've thought all this through.
