Fewer things are free. Around here in remote spots they've somehow managed to find a way of powering parking metres in car parks - so now you have to pay to go for a walk in the countryside if it's not on your doorstep.

I blame the Normans.

You can regrow spring onions. Cut of the bottom of said onion and place in a jar of water - 10 days to a couple of weeks you have new ones. Rinse and repeat until you die.
