Very good win. Fully deserved against the team in 3rd place. We play 4th place next so should be a given ( if you are of a deranged mindset). Take the games one by one and appreciate points gained unless you are from a different planet or just a prize Knob. Follow, upwards and onwards

They’ve also had the most 1-0 victories in the league. They sit back and try to beat you on the counter. We played them perfectly and next season they’ll be found out. Don’t reckon they’ll be anywhere near the top of the table.
There is Everton 04/05 vibes about their season. Lots of 1-nil wins and a goalkeeper in very very good form. Would like them to get CL, principally because it will weaken them in the league next season but also because who would want a Sky 6 to get it instead?
This. You’re right. With an approach to each match being to let the the other club make mistakes and then counter, that’ll get you to where they are. But to really contend and not be considered posers, you have to be strong in the attack as well. They’re not balanced.
They are way way over their XG in actual goals - Gibbs-White, Hudson-Odoi and Elanga are all very very good and would walk into our attack over all but N’diaye. Chris Wood is rubbish though, his once in a lifetime form has been and gone IMO.

Like seeing Doucoure, Broja and Harrison be absolute crap ALL game.

A fine finish masking another disgraceful performance.

You cheer away.

Moyes set up the team brilliantly -- picked the wrong players.

We could have and should have won that by more goals but for the dross selected in 3 out of 4 attacking positions.

Anyone can see that.

Has a midget lady boy punched you in the heart again, as you seem very angry this afternoon ?

Great result and team performance. These are mostly the same players who were so dire together earlier in the season. I think we need an option to have Moyes as MOM. It’s clear he has been the difference since he arrived.

…..son came around with his 3 young girls to watch, bit of a bonus after the final whistle when 365 messaged him that his £3 bet builder had come in and was worth £320. He didn’t realise he was waiting on Doucoure shot on target.

I thought we were terrific, just lacking the quality in the top third. Fortunately, it was McNeil passing to Doucoure rather than the other way around but Doucoure topped off an effective game with the energy to break in 94th minute and then win us the game with a decent finish.

Has to be Doucoure MoM, fully justifying his selection

Great finish Eggs but mom, not for me Clive.

That was a very good away performance from the All Blues. I don’t like those blue shorts though!
Gana had a great game and it is hard to believe his age and seemingly endless energy. I thought Harrison played possibly his best game in a blue shirt (combines well with Broja) and Alcaraz energized the team when he came on. Even Moyes acknowledeged McNeils pass was lucky to get past the CB but Doucoure finished well.
Moyes might experiment with Alcaraz playing a central but deeper role and carrying the ball. Seems to be his natural forte. If we did that and played N’Diaye closer to the striker for the Ipswich and Soton games I think we’d do well. For next week against Citeh though this same line up will start.
