Looking at the latest ground vid, done a bit of a close up of Everton Way, and one of the giants still partly covered, well his first name is Tommy, I'm answering a guess that it's Tommy Wright, great right back in the day.
Would be great to split those images in two, join the goal so it's accurate and see the difference in size.
Taken from a different angle I know but would be nice to see how much it towers over the Kop (which it should as its steeper)
