A one hit wonder is an act who had 1 chart hit (top Forty) not an act who had multiple chart hits, one of which made the top 10. I don't know what you call that, but it's not a one hit wonder.

You can't change the definition of a one hit wonder. Change the thread title to "Acts who only had one top ten hit" and your criteria would be correct.
