We`ve only ourselves to blame for having such a long trophy drought. There`s been a few seasons where the usual suspects have been knocked out of the cups but we seem to always mess things up, this season being a perfect example. They`re not a club I have any soft spot for but good for Newcastle today. If we landed a cup final with the RS we`d have messed it up.
