Leeds United CEO Angus Kinnear along with Burnley chairman Alan Pace signed the letter which kicked off the investigation which has resulted in Everton being hit with a 10-point deduction. That is according to the Athletic, with both clubs namechecked for playing a major role in the Premier League's historic punishment.

I mean, that's just doing his job. I want him to be as cut-throat as possible towards other clubs. Was he supposed to go easy on Everton in case he one day fancied a job here?

Angus Kinnear & David Weir

One who wanted to destroy us and another who previously turned us down.

Cant make this stuff up.

One who was ruthless when doing the job he was contracted to do & another for having the sense to accept a job that’s in a far better position for him aswell.

Why would David Weir have taken that job when it was offered to him? We were a basket case of a football club ffs.

Oh should i have also written that an outside opinion (mine) is they both seem pretty crap?

Because i assumed that was clear?

You can turn both of them examples into positives tbh mate. Wanting to destroy other clubs for your own clubs gain shows a real devotion and loyalty to the club you work for and i hope he has the same attitude if he becomes our CEO. Destroy them all apart from your own club sounds good to me. For too long we have been the leagues nice guys and it has never gotten us anywhere.

And if we end up getting someone who previously turned us down then we are getting someone who was good enough and was wanted enough by other clubs to be able to turn us down. No problem with that me. Its no secret how bad we have been ran the last few years.

Moyes will be making decisions regardless.
Weir was a cone later under Moyes who he wanted installed as Everton manager so he could dictate to him over any transfers between the two clubs.

Weir at Brighton - his job entails him nurse mailing young pros. He is completely and utterly unqualified to carry out a DoF role.
