He's good w/ the back to the ball, when the ball is at his feet. You can't really hoof it to him and expect anything but that's fine, we've had enough hoof ball this decade.

He must be a kin nightmare to play against, doesn’t give defenders a minutes rest, oh and his finishing one on ones is pure class.

I think he's improved so much over recent weeks. Even just having the basic skill of holding the ball and laying it off has been a big improvement.

Like so many of our players, he's obviously lacking the quality but you can never question the effort.

If Beto even improves his footballing ability to average, he is a very decent player in this league.

I think so. Dom just never really developed the mentality to make those runs and take players on. To be fair I think he was coached that way his entire career, so it's pretty difficult to just change your style after you've done it a certain way for so long. Beto is simple and simplicity is often best for a striker. Just score goals.

Man of the match for me. His hold up play and link up play was brilliant. He had a very tough task on his hands with those two absolute mutants they have at CB. He showed fantastic composure on his goal as well.
