I think there's a glitch on the seating map. This first image is row 10:

Seems accurate and about 11 rows up.

Another thing is the positioning of the exit but I'm wondering if on the map they are indicative.

I've noticed this. They've basically just repurposed the virtual venue, so they're still using approximate views unfortunately. Pretty poor form tbh. A view from each individual seat is absolutely possible, they just haven't wanted to pay the extra.

A previous poster mentioned the club said they were going all digital to follow premier league rules.
He then found out that these premier league rules don’t state all digital but a minimum of 70%.
On this calculation we should make just under 15000 physical cards available.

From what I know, they'll only allocate cards if they believe you meet the criteria. They want it digital, and for tickets to be transferred electronically to paid members.

My inkling is that the criteria won't be public, yet rather something the ticket office will use to make a judgement. They will likely be the exception!

And, it will mean that the vast majority (if not all) non-ST attendees will have paid for membership. This in itself will be another improved revenue stream.

If you really need a card, there are non-club options that will put a ticket onto a NFC card for a price.
