I think you have to consider that this season is just about surviving and starting to improve our financial position. The chances of us being relegated have reduced a lot, so the need for us to buy has reduced too. Unless there are great options available (and we know Jan isn’t great for value), isn’t it better to wait for the summer to start rebuilding the squad?

We have too many players out of contract in the summer to justify sitting on our hands in this window. It’s just gonna be a case of extending several current players’ contracts because we were at the beach and the right players were not svailable come summer. We will never be a Notts Forest when it comes to wholesale player changes in one window. Besides, Moyes would need to watch 30 players about 20 times each, when none are actually playing.

Thelwell does have a tendency to leave us short when it’s blatantly obvious what we need, feel like it’s happened every window since he’s been here. Actually think Alcaraz is a decent addition but a winger and a full back would’ve been nice, too.

I am fine with Fellows. If we keep with this same formation, he doesn't necessarily need to be muscle man on the wings. He is young and has a good assist record. If 10 mil is all that is quoted, yes. It looks like the Friedkin's are doing what they should be doing and getting bodies in (if Alan isn't full of you know what). Young with potential.

Alcoholics actually find what they want quite quickly.

We do seem to be the worst at transfers like, probably everyone else is the same but we just take no notice of anyone elses business until a deal is almost done.

Looks like nothing to it have watched him but well no close to a price this window atleast.
