I just don't understand how every team in the Premier League is able to spend millions, and yet we haven't spent a bean in five years and still are constrained by PSR.
Anyway, the impression I got from that presser is that my nan needs to get her boots out of the cupboard under the stairs and wait for Thelwell to call. She's slow, she's nearly blind, but she's cheap.
