I am stunned that the club have still not got 1 deal over the line, players dropping to there knees all over the pitch today.

Prob down to moyes wanting to look at the team, aftwr today would expect thints to push on

Been a let down at Chelsea but is the exact profile of player that Moyes excels at bringing in and it working out (arteta, pienaar etc)

Energetic, box to box midfielder with good technique. Everything Doucoure isn't

Hasnt really played alot think is more agreeing a deal to pay out the broja deal then to get him in. For me would be more ready to make an impact would also have to play a few games to show some form

With the 2 wins I think we are pretty much safe. No way we won’t get 11 points in the remaining games and I think that’ll be well enough

That should change our strategy some what. We should not loan anyone that we don’t want long term and anyone we loan must have a reasonable fee agreed if we want to buy

Yeha the other lad chuk is on 100 just think will be a deal the club will look at to change and try and agree a deal for two broja go back and him coming in. I thibk would be a solid player nothing special but offer more perfromancrs each week. Has to bring something in this window in midfield aswell as cf now and out wide for me

If we were to sign Dewsbury-Hall, we'd surely have to play him in a more advanced central attacking midfield role, as that was where he played well for Leicester last season (granted, it was in the Championship).

The injuries haven't changed what we already needed but those McNeils surgery and just how atrociously bad Doucoure looked again today has reinforced that they aren't moves that can be put off till next season hoping we muddle through.

We now have zero backup striker, zero backup centre mid, and arguably zero attacking mid (not gonna count Doucoure as he's essentially carrying a player now).

No real surprise...we have a paper thin squad, and it was just a question of when not if we would struggle with injuries. Players should have been added already to this squad weeks ago, but no let's wait until closer to deadline day for bit more drama. There is zero accountability from the recruitment team, just excuses. In fact the change of manager played beautifully into their hands. TFG has to take control of this and make decisions and fast.
