Definitely.
First game my Dad took me too he told me to ignore all the swearing and then jumped up and told Gordon Strachan to Koff you ginger headed cannot repeat here.
They shouldn't be watching Everton if they're concerned about their day being spoilt.Same thing was shouted in the Bullens last season. I swear a lot myself but both my young boys are ginger and were with me. Had to admit I did feel a bit funny about that - didn’t think it was necessary really.
Like others have said - venom, context and dare I say it you need to be careful about who is around you and whether what you say is going to spoil their day.
Or support a team that doesn’t get drubbed every weekIf you don’t want your kids to hear swearing then don’t take them.
I reckon Goodison racks up the most swear words inside 90 mins than no other place on earth.
The referee’s a meanie
The referee’s a meanie
Not sure it has the same effect
The woman next to me goes off the handle swearing whenever there’s a mistake or a bad decision, she’s proper game. Don’t understand why people think grown women are some delicate flowers that need to be sheltered. As for the kids, don’t take them if you don’t want them to hear any uncouth language. Only a fart would be upsetLoads of people swear at the football. There are swearwords in some of the songs.
Is it acceptable to do it with women and children in the stadium?
Do you think it has a positive or negative effect on the players/coaching staff?

Is 100% the correct answerAs my old man said when I first went to the game:
"You'll hear words at the match you won't usually hear. Don't repeat them anywhere but here, and never tell your mother." That's the logic I've passed onto mine.
