The players look like they want the ball, also how many times have they passed back to Pickford? Not many!!

They are avoiding going backwards if possible it’s great to see.

Front foot
Crowd engaged early on

That should be the template for any Everton team regardless of the quality we have
It really is as simple as that. At home it should always have forward intensity. (It wont always work but it will get us wins necessary) Away I understand if we sit off. Amazing that managers with pro licenses aren't bright enough to realise that.

Amazing what can happen when you actually push on to a team who struggle at the back This would be 0-0 under Dyche, maybe 1-0 with that 3rd goal, but 1st goal was scored because we pushed up to them and the second goal because we were brave in our own defensive third, traits that have been missing this season.
Dyche is an absolute skidmark on this clubs history... I waited for so long to get rid of the guy telling everyone that would listen what everyone saw in the end despite taking pelters because he was the right guy, apparently... The right guy is someone who can get results i.e. wins...

The evidence was always going to come when he went and now he is being absolutely shown up.

I`ve been saying it long enough, this side is much much better than anyone thinks, managers have held us back, bring a manager like Moyes in (Who I don`t consider top rung) and see what happens.

Simple stuff.

The lineup changes have been effective but most of all Moyes just had us playing with the attacking intent and structures that any decent side would do, especially at home.

This half of football does not happen under Dyche, period.

Reason enough to endorse the change. Moyes may not be a sexy manager but he’s putting the men we have to their intended use and by god that’s enough.
