harry rates rodwell del ,me and you dont ,what the fook .2 mill plus steven id take all day

10 mill + Piennar for Rodwell IMO and that's cheap cause Rodwell's had a bad year.

Rodwell is going to be a top class player, he's stagnating at Everton, Moyes as got a clue how to get the best of him but he'll do really well under a less cautious manager who wants to attack.

I'd say it's a mixture of this plus him being vastly overrated. I don't think he's ever going to be a £25m player like Rooney was for us but £10m + Pienaar would be fair considering how England Internationals always have their prices inflated like mad.

I'd like to know what you are basing your '2-3 seasons' on, especially with Donovan who is fit as a fiddle. The reality is that we can't afford young players who are also dead certs. We either have to take a risk on young players, or buy older players who are guaranteed to come in and do a job but as a result won't be long term members of the first eleven.

except we have a lot of good players, they just don't get a chance till they're about 23

To be fair mate its only Barkley not getting games.

Wasn't aware we were only allowed to play one striker every 90 minutes ffs.

We play 4-4-1 mate.

Plus Cahill, so yeah, we kinda do only play 1 Striker.

And besides, Foxy has already said hes pissed Moyes off, so thats him sold to Hull in the summer.

Oh and he did actually get games earlier on.

If Bale goes (which I can't see) then Pinnear is staying at Spurs.

In order to get him as a permanent move Peanut is going to have to be a free transfer and he'll have to drop his wages down to around 40-50K. It makes so sense to send Spurs 1-2M and pay him say 50K+ given that we probably weren't able to keep it at that price when he was Everton.

Or Spurs flush with Mordric money make a run at one of ours (Heitinga, Jags, Fellani or Hibbert) and throw Pinnear in as a cheap loan.

As far as other teams being interested: the teams I could think of that would want him and have to money for the transfer fee and wage structure to sign the guy are Newcastle, Sunderland, Stoke and QPR (if they even stay up).

Denis and Anichebe starting up front against the RS was a travesty, Vellios not even getting a look in is a joke and if i recall correctly Fox said Vellios actually did '**** all' worthy of getting dropped.

Regardless of the excuses, or the system we play, he's much better than the reserves, and much better than Denis.

*waits for comments about how Denis tries hard*
