No. We need to create space for forward players, therefore the full backs should join in.

Mykolenko's defending has been awful this season too. Therefore, he has been acting liability in attack and defence. At the very least Patterson is good going.forward. Get him in the side.

We're not Madrid. Why should we have two attacking FBs?

We dont have the personnel to do it and have only really had it back in the days of the Coleman-Baines combo.

The problem is Lindstrom hasn’t scored in 70+ games and Beto has scored 1 PL goal this season and might be on the way out this month. We need better options on the bench as they’re not good enough.

Maybe, but the inferior players he has selected ahead of them in the starting XI is a more pressing concern.
