Who else will be part of his backroom staff only heard Alan Irvine and Billy Mckinley obviously need a keeper coach, fitness coach and maybe 1 or 2 more

Im just curious who you think would have come and would be a better choice. Im not here to judge you or your opinions, and i dont know if those you suggest would have come or not.
Alright, here we go then.

I think we should have sacked Dyche weeks ago and appointed Conceicao (then unattached) or Corberon (cheap release clause) but we missed out.

Now, I'd have a look at Iraola or Knutsen.

We've got 19 games left and a transfer window to operate in. I refuse to believe this is purely a fire fighting role. It's not 8 games of the season left and we're in the bottom three. There's an opportunity here to do something longer term but we won't. Because we're Everton. The league's meme club.

Tell them they are wrong, he didnt endorse it.

"I don't think the club could take more action or any quicker. West Ham have fined him the maximum wages. We all accept the actions are terrible and diabolical, but it's a cat. c'mon"

He didn't condemn it either, read the quote.

I seriously hope TFG have places clauses in his contract where we can break without paying him a fortune.

I wouldn't hate 6 months of him, despite hating the fella. But he's not inspiring and I guess I've got to hope he finds a way to get the wins.

Ideally it's not him come August and we've got a plan to finally grow as a club and not stagnate.
I would love some mid table Moyes mediocrity for the next 2 years, after 3 years of watching absolute rubbish, and a club with zero leadership off the field.

If Moyes leaves us as a mid table club in 2 or 3 years then I'd take that. It will no doubt be disappointing and underwhelming at times, and I'm sure I will get frustrated, but we are a long way from being competitive again. No top manager is taking the job right now. So I'm not going to complain about this decision
